Criteria for the Awards
AWARDEE ELIGIBILITY:
Nominated candidates who have made our subsequent shortlist will be put on the voting list and thus become in the running to win an award subject to the following conditions:
• That they will attend the awards conferment ceremony in person. This is to ensure that the ceremony itself is an unmitigated success.
• That a shortlisted candidate is not discovered to have hidden information subsequent to being shortlisted that would otherwise have disqualified him/her from being shortlisted [such as a prior criminal conviction or prior dismissal from a senior management position due to proven gross personal or professional misconduct.]
• That the shortlisted candidate commits to accept the validated voting results as genuine and incontestable.
