Criteria

The criteria for the awards are as follows:

• You have made outstanding contributions to the enlightenment and well being of Ghanaian society.

• You have contributed significantly to the growth and development of Ghana’s economy and the living standards of its people. You have raised and defended the dignity of womanhood in Ghana through your exemplary conduct and activities.

• You have exhibited world class professionalism in your career combining international best practices with the prudent adoption of practices that best suit Ghana’s peculiar societal structure, circumstances and aspirations.

• You have proved that women are at least as competent as their male counterparts in business and professional activities, in governance and in impactful social interventions.

• You are serving as a role model and an inspiration for women in general who are aware of your achievements.
